St Matthias Church


St Matthias Church, formerly known as Chapel of Our Lady of Miracles, is located at Vepery in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Constructed around 1723 by Coja Petrus Uscan (an Armenian merchant) to be used as his private chapel. After his death in l75l, the church was taken over by the East India Company's council in Chennai.
