Peyad

Peyad is a small town in Thiruvananthapuram District of Kerala. It lies on Thiruvananthapuram-Kattakada route via Thirumala. It is an important junction, from where two roads lead to two different directions, the east road for Kattakada, and west for Vilappilshala and Malayinkeezhu.

Peyad is about 5 km from Thirumala and 11 km from Thiruvananthapuram. Regular bus services are available from Thiruvananthapuram Central Bus Station and East Fort. Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
